Design (ECI)
Early Contractor Involvement.
We get involved before construction starts - overall concept design, floor-plan conceptualisation, council consultation, options analysis, market insight, and product selection. Scope and a room-by-room data sheet are defined upfront, so the project is resolved before a site start.

Construct
Delivery phase.
Client liaison, safety management, quality assurance, and coordination of trades from site start through to handover. Includes operations and maintenance manuals, facilities training, and ongoing client involvement through the build.

Design & Construct
Combined service.
A one-stop shop - a single point of contact under a lump-sum contract. We take on the design risk, including safety in design, which de-risks the project for the client and improves cost and programme certainty.
